Ordering Options

Orders for new, used, or wear parts are accepted exclusively by phone or email.
Please provide the following information for each order:
Pickup or shipping
Vehicle make, model, and year
Desired part (with article number, if known)
New / Used / Wear part (desired condition and application)
Your contact details (name, phone number, address if applicable)
For orders through the online shop, no separate contact is necessary.
The data is automatically collected during the order process.

Payments

Payment is made on pickup in cash, via Twint, or by card. Shipping is only possible by arrangement and with prepayment.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated separately based on size, weight, and shipping method and will be communicated before shipment.
Shipping is usually via PostPac Economy or Priority (Swiss Post), alternatively by courier service by arrangement.
After payment, shipping occurs within:
1–3 business days for in-stock items
For out-of-stock or specially procured parts, delivery times may vary – you will be informed individually.
Please check the delivery immediately for completeness and damage. Complaints must be reported within 3 days.
Shipping abroad is possible for an additional charge.
The goods remain our property until full payment.
